Hannah began her Production career in 2002 working in house with one of the South West’s most prolific TV commercial production companies. She has produced and project managed hundreds of TV commercials, often writing and pitching creative concepts to clients and agencies – facilitating the full script to screen process. She worked to produce online, ambient and broadcast content for a variety of clients and agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi, Disney, The Royal Geographical Society and Mini among others.
She has been an Associate Lecturer in Film, TV and Media Arts at the University of Plymouth since 2002 and was also part of a small, innovative team who created and ran itzon.tv an online Film Channel and Film Festival. She was invited to speak on a panel at Edinburgh Film Festival on the subject on digital film distribution and has been asked to part of the bursary committee on the Exeter Phoenix Short Film initiative a number of times. Hannah is also an experienced VO artist and fiction writer. She was short-listed in the Orion Publishing and Good Housekeeping New Novelist Award. As a Producer she believes that simple, clear organisation and good communication are half the battle, that and a well fed crew.
